As street photography continues to make a comeback, street photography competitions have been proliferating. The Passporte, an online fine-art gallery, has just announced the Henri Cartier-Bresson Passporte Prize for Street Photography, a juried exhibit with prizes of $300 (Juror’s award) and $200 (Director’s award), plus honorable mentions. You can submit up to three images, at $25 per entry.
Submissions are due by May 15, 2017, and the applicants will be notified by May 30th. Stephanie Heimann, Photo Director of New Republic, and recent winner of the prestigious 2017 Magazine Picture Editor of the Year, is the juror for this prize.
