Good news for Canon lovers: Canon today announced a new 35mm f/2.8 macro lens with a built-in macro light. More good news: If you’ve been holding off on buying that state-of-the-art Canon DSLR, Canon is motivating you with instant rebates for some of its top cameras.
The cool thing about the Canon 35mm f/2.8 Macro IS STM is that it has a built-in macro light, so you may not need a separate macro lighting unit, as well as a bright f/2.8 wide aperture. The 7 aperture blades are curved for more natural bokeh. It features hybrid image stabilization and full-time manual focus as well Movie Servo AF for shooting video.
